Hi!
Does anyone remember this advert from (I think, the 80s) advertising (I think, The Telegraph)...

It consisted of 3 silent black and white films as follows:
1. Old lady walking past some shops. Camera pulls back and shows a ?punk ?skinhead seeing her and starting to run up to her from behind. He pushes her.
2. Same street, different angle. You see a car come into view at the corner. Two smartly dressed men are inside it. It stops, man from 1. turns round, sees them and runs off. They shout out of the car window.
3. Camera pulls right out and you see that the first man only glanced at the two men in the car before seeing some heavy object fall from a high balcony right above the old lady. This is why he started running and pushed her out of the way

Tagline: something along the lines of 'You need to see the story from all angles blah blah blah'

Tell me I didn't imagine the advert! Better still, post a link to it please!

Steph, it was an advert, a very famous one, for the Guardian newspaper. Here is the URL on YouTube.

Alternatively, just go to YouTube and search for guardian advert and you will find it easily.

Has anybody told you you look very like Amanda Lamb??
